Executive Director, Barbara "Bobbie" Ibarra
Barbara "Bobbie" Ibarra joins the Miami Coalition for the Homeless from Jungle Island where she has been the Vice President/General Manager for the last four years. Previously, Ms. Ibarra was the founding President for Our Kids, a non-profit created to transition and manage Miami-Dade's child welfare system. Ms. Ibarra has also held leadership roles with Miami-Dade County and Citibank. She started her career as a social worker. Ms. Ibarra holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Master's degree in Education and Counseling from Temple University.

Director of Administration, Michelle Cerrato-Dominguez
Michelle Cerrato-Dominguez has been employed at the Coalition for 9 years and brings over 16 years of experience working within nonprofit organizations in office administration, including Catholic Charities, Latin America and Caribbean Regional Office of Save the Children and Carrfour Supportive Housing.
She has represented the organization while advocating on behalf of the homeless at the local, state, and federal levels. Michelle currently serves on the Board of the Florida Coalition for the Homeless.

Program & Policy Director, Terry Coble 
Community Outreach Liaison, Tina M. Greene
Tina M Greene grew up in Detroit, Michigan and later moved to Florida as an adult. As the newest member of the Miami Coalition for the Homeless, her position is Community Outreach Liaison. She will be working closely with the AmeriCorps VISTA volunteers and the Coalition's Faces of Homelessness Speakers' Bureau in the midst of other projects. Having been homeless herself, she understands the plight of those who are experiencing homelessness first hand.
Ms. Greene graduated with a Masters Degree in Social Work
from Barry University. She was the president and founder of The Student Social Work Association (SSWA) at Barry. This position gave her many opportunities to create partnerships between the SSWA and the community. In addition, Ms. Greene has had the opportunity to visit Tallahassee during Lobby Day, to advocate for different initiatives.

AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer, Mabel Colón
Mabel Colón was born and raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts. A recent college graduate of Bridgewater State College, now Bridgewater State University, located in Massachusetts; she majored in Spanish and minored in Latin American and Caribbean Studies. Her passion for volunteering began in college when she went on several week-long service trips to Pennsylvania, New York, and Honduras working with Habitat for Humanity and various homeless shelters and churches. She hopes to get her Master Degree in International Relations to better assist immigrants integrating into American society. She is looking forward to the wonderful experience ahead of her as a VISTA.

AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer, Devin Floyd
Devin Floyd is a recent college graduate who was born and raised in Queens, New York. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Texas Southern University located in Houston, Texas. Devin is eager to serve his first year as a VISTA and put his various experiences to use. Currently, Devin is working with the Faces of Homelessness Speakers' Bureau. He will be assisting with other Coalition initiatives and engaging young people in advocacy efforts. He hopes to one day go back to school and get his Master Degree in communications.
